I don't ever say the phrase "exceeded my expectations" but they absolutely did!
My cats are senior and suffer from different health and personality challenges but Jae managed all of them with calmness and compassion. I had to leave town for an important interview and I had complete peace of mind having them stay at our place with kitties. I would absolutely recommend them.
